I responded by asking the 600 people who have self-identified themselves as <a href=\"http:\/\/siliconbeachaustralia.org\/\">technology entrepreneurs in Australia<\/a>, and over several months wrote a paper in a crowd-sourced way, to send this formal submission to the government.
